Process


Here’s how we eliminate the hassle of you pricing a job yourself, in four simple steps:


Step 1.

During our initial phone consultation, we will discuss the specifics of your project (scale and labour etc.) and your preferred level of estimate (preliminary or contract). We will send to you our Pre Estimate Agreement with your name and details plus the list of documentation you are providing. You will also be able to list any preferred trades/suppliers you may want to use. 


Step 2.

Once you have reached the Pre Estimate Agreement, we ask you to email back the signed form and any relevant details you are providing, ie your plans, drawings and, where applicable engineering reports, soil reports etc.
(in PDF format).


Step 3.   

Using our trade expertise and latest industry software, we then commence the costing process. Depending on the scale of your project, this can take between three to ten working days, but we can work to most deadlines.


Step 4.   

To finish, we send you a full report that includes an accurate breakdown of applicable labour costs, materials, services and any other specifics that you want to be included. Our reports are easy to navigate and user-friendly, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
